The nonGPLv3 options set in local.conf as below:

Build a core-image-basic with nonGPLv3 enable, it will report gnupg-1.4.7.tar.bz2 do_fetch failed due to the checksum mismatch.
Update the md5sum/sha256sum/LIC_FILE_CHKSUM of gnupg_1.4.7.bb file after. gnupg-1.4.7-r4 task do_configure failed exist, therefore non-GPLv3 build is blocked
