The code which tries to colour the persistent tooltips to match the users desktop theme appears to misbehave under Ubuntu Unity. This makes the tooltips close to unreadable for Unity users.

Can we maybe solve this problem by making the link the same colour of the text but underlined?

Though we may need to work further on the style of links this issue is fixed
