Since the TCF upstream SVN repository is no longer available(see https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=374856), we need to change to the git repository.

One of Liping's patch(http://git.eclipse.org/c/tcf/org.eclipse.tcf.git/commit/?id=203628236fdeb56c35554e984adc1dbef84f7dbe) is missing in the CDT_8_0_1 tag, that's why we need to build the tcf plugin along with our yocto plugin.

Maybe we should turn to use 0.6.0 branch?

Fixed in http://git.yoctoproject.org/cgit/cgit.cgi/eclipse-poky/commit/?id=68db1c373ae2d441b0a820ecaf50d659be9c83df.

We now use the CDT_8_0_1 tag plus a cherry-pick for Liping's patch(http://git.eclipse.org/c/tcf/org.eclipse.tcf.git/commit/?id=203628236fdeb56c35554e984adc1dbef84f7dbe).

Also fixed the erroneous copy in headless build.

Verified in 1.2 master with the latest commit c936fca6e163bc19bc08cbd0036b31ca6f6c3ed6.
