Since the tcf-agent upstream SVN repository is no longer available(see
https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=374856), we need to change to the
git repository.

Verified in 1.2 master with the latest commit c936fca6e163bc19bc08cbd0036b31ca6f6c3ed6.
