popen is not being wrapped properly, leading to an issue where PSEUDO_PREFIX may not be set when pseudo is invoked, leading to an error message and failure condition.

Fixed in master as part of the pseudo update: http://git.yoctoproject.org/cgit.cgi/poky/commit/?id=c718c10b4b323bdae9f788300110111d61b0d1a3
