With 1.2 M4, lib32/lib64 multilib build for lsb image failed due to pam.conf missing for recipe at. Error message is as below:

Seems to be straight forward fix, I will patch it and do a test build.

Verify the bug as fixed in 1.2 M4 RC4 testing.
