Configure Fail Log

With latest master, if we build toolchain with sato image in Hob, toolchain may work, but if build with minimal image, the toolchainSDK do cross compile failed, it reports: C compiler cannot create executable, cause by no C compiler works.

This is because when hob set the variable TOOLCHAIN_TARGET_TASK which is used by populate_sdk.bbclass, several important packages are missing when the image profile is minimal. 

These packages(e.g. libgcc, libgcc-dev, libstdc++, libstdc++-dev, etc) are grouped in the package of task-core-standalone-sdk-target.

Fixed and verified with the lastest branch poky/msater commit c936fca6e163bc19bc08cbd0036b31ca6f6c3ed6. thank Lianhao and Shane for it.
