With master, if we choose one machine and one base image in Hob, there will be a dialog popup when clicking "View packages". When we click the close icon for the dialog, it will not cancel the operation, instead, it will lead to package list page.

The 'Cancel', or secondary, action of that dialogue is to view packages without building, the close button performs the cancel action - this is per design.

Mark as NOTABUG per Joshual's comments.  If we expect it to behave differently, we may need get Belen involved to redesign the flow.
