The netbase_4.45.bbappend recipe in $POKY_ROOT/meta-yocto/recipes-core/netbase looks wrong.

$POKY_ROOT/meta-yocto/recipes-core/netbase contains a folder named netbase-4.45/. The netbase_4.45.bbappend recipe contains:

  FILESEXTRAPATHS_prepend := "${THISDIR}/${PN}:"

The expression "${THISDIR}/${PN}:" will expand to "$POKY_ROOT/meta-yocto/recipes-core/netbase/netbase:" but should expand to "$POKY_ROOT/meta-yocto/recipes-core/netbase/netbase-4.45:". To generate the correct path ${PV} must be added, netbase_4.45.bbappend should look like:

  FILESEXTRAPATHS_prepend := "${THISDIR}/${PN}-${PV}:"
