Commit 5f5ae14ee398d1e1a3b17749dff929ae4a48dcdf seems to have changed the output from a warning to a debug statement, this causes the failure to be hidden in the log file.

Further, this warn should be an error for Checksum mismatches

This is a dup of 2311, same failure that Gary is seeing
