fcooper on the #oe IRC channel has requested that the following patch from master be backported to denzil to resolve a segfault in psplash:

"When psplash -a is called instead of psplash -a<angle value> it will segmentation fault calling out of bound argv[]."

Fix merged to my sgarman/denzil-next branches.
