It is requested that release candidates have their own location outside of the typical DEST datestamp directory. There should be a flag on the kick page to flag a build as an RC and allow us to name it. This flag would override DEST so that instead of /nightly/<datestamp> it would go into release_candidate/<assigned_name_datestamp>

This is complete as of a while ago and is in current master
