eclipse plugin build log

When building the eclipse-plugin using headless build, many warnings appear (see attachment).

Steps to reproduce: 
1.  [alex@alex-v scripts]$ export ECLIPSE_HOME=/home/alex/tmp/eclipse-poky/scripts/eclipse

2. [alex@alex-v scripts]$ ./build.sh 1.3_M4 1.3___M4 

3. Build finishes successfully but warnings appear in the build. (see the attachment)

Moving this to 1.5 since resolving all the warnings means making changes to a significant part of the Eclipse plugins code which is not practical so close to the release.

Fixed on eclipse-poky commit:05ba7b6791083a70c78366f9737e27d9dd25d08b
