The UI is abnormal.
All icons are shown as sequences of small squares.

No such issue on previous images.
There's a kernel update on beagleboard (from 3.0 -> 3.4).

I unfortunately cannot debug or fix this myself. I have no beagleboard with a display .. I'm the merge point for the code, not the developer.

So we need to find someone with a board, and time, to have a look at this.

No such problem any more. Kind of related to the system clock.

This problem did appear for several times. At that time, the system clock was incorrect (2000 instead of 2012). I adjusted the system time, rebooted it and everything was OK.

So I adjusted the hardware clock back to 2000, cleared the MMC card, extract a new rootfs on it and rebooted the target.
Everything was OK this time. The hardware clock is set to the building time. 

Should we close this bug?
