The same way we tell users we are stopping the build when they select the 'stop' option, we should also tell them when we are stopping the recipe parsing. 

We should use text within the progress bar to do so. The text should say: "Stopping recipe parsing". Progress % should no longer display within the progress bar once the user has clicked the 'Stop' button.
