    classes/qmake_base: support linux-gnuspe/linux-uclibcspe TARGET_OS
    
    Fix borrowed from OE-Classic. This should fix build failures during
    do_configure of Qt applications with the p1022ds machine from
    meta-fsl-ppc, for example.
