Description Jessica 2012-10-23 02:41:04 UTC
For Eclipse plug-in running on windows and access build appliance meta-data, we need to by default user (builder, root) can login without password, and sftp server is running for Eclipse remote file explore sftp file system. Currently there're requirements for password and I have to manually change /etc/ssh sshd_config, then I'll get: "Failed to connect SFTP subsystem: Remote host may not have sftp-server installed" from my plug-in.

Hi Saul.

This feature has now been implemented, I assume this can be changed to resolved, isn't it?

The changes made now make the build-appliance-image to build using openssh which require no authentication by default and openssh-sftp-server; "bitbake -g build-appliance-image" also reveals this.
