We should also add PACKAGES_DYNAMIC to the variable reference in the reference manual with a pointer to this section.

Two new sections are in the YP documentation to satisfy this bug.

Both sections have been reviewed and approved by Paul Eggleton.

The mentioned documentation was inserted as described here into "In Progress: Reference Manual".
