Do a full world build of multilib (lib32 on x86-64) and fix any issues discovered.

See bug 3440 for some warnings in multilib builds. I will post all relatively distinct warnings we encounter during multilib builds there.

My initial estimation to do a full world build of multilib and evaluate any issues that might appear (eventually fill in bugs in Bugzilla) 3 days.

Fixed multilib issues in the following packages:
- vte
- sysstat
- eglibc-locale
- libpam
- xorg-driver
- xserver-xorg
- psplash
- polkit
- bluez
- pcmciautils
- alsa-utils

Fixed multilib issues in the following packages:
- consolekit
- run-postinsts
- taglib
- foomatic-filters
- syslinux
- sgml-common
- console-tools
- enchant


We need to fix one more issue regarding pseudo and then the lib32 world build
will finish without errors. I have sent a patch for pseudo, but Peter Seebach said that he will update the package and also provide the fixes included in my patch.

Verified (commit e5a2702653db082203455e3739d7838863c859ba). It builds ok now.

@world build finished with no errors. There were some warning though, from package-groups only.
This is verified, unless were also aiming warnings.
