Host system distribution and architecture is frequently relevant to the root cause of build issues. It would be helpful to add it to the Build configuration summary.

In discussing this on IRC, kergoth mentioned:

kergoth> maybe we should drop TARGET_ARCH and TARGET_OS in favor of TARGET_SYS, and then add BUILD_SYS as well
