WARNING: QA Issue: ELF binary '/data/poky-master/tmp/work/core2-poky-linux/flac-1.2.1-r2/packages-split/libflac/usr/lib/libFLAC.so.8.2.0' has relocations in .text

From a quick dig it appears that these are from the architecture-specific assembler functions in src/libFLAC/ia32/lpc_asm.nasm.

Got curious, found this was fixed upstream.  Patch sent.
