Description Scott Garman 2012-11-27 04:18:09 UTC
It is a common and universal process to test a hardware platform at the factory before shipping the system to the customer. A set of general-purpose scripts and tools for testing and burning in a board would be a useful addition to Yocto.

This bug is to track the development of a general-purpose layer and set of scripts for testing boards in a pre-shipment factory environment.

Hi guys,

Any update on the target milestone for this feature.
I'm trying to plan the feature verification and this would help me.

Thanks,

This intent of this bug is now covered by the hardware automated testing, the migration of sato into more of a hardware testing environment and so on. Marking this as obsolete for want of a better resoltion.
