Currently sys940x bsp is using v3.2 kernel. We need to provide v3.4 kernel recipe for sys940x bsp.

This has 3 tasks
 1. create a topic branch in v3.4 linux-yocto kernel repo for sys940x
 2. create a v3.4 kernel recipe in meta-intel for sys940x
 3. Test the bsp with v3.4 kernel

I have implemented the v3.4 kernel recipe

   Can you test images on yocto-hm1 stored at /tmp/sys940x/ ?
