2 more BSPs are added to meta-intel layer recently. SO autobuilder needs to add these 2 BSPs in the meta-intel target.

The nuc BSP need to be configured similar to chiefriver BSP
and the emenlow-noemgd BSP need to be configured similar to crownbay-noemgd BSP.

And also drop this bsp from meta-intel testing as per decided here: bug #3785

cedartrail is dropped. New BSPs will be added today to the old ab infrastructure. Can I get a bit more details on nuc? specifically on video driver (do I need to whitelist anything?)

nuc only need "commercial" license whitelisted.
