Patch to update SRC_URI

The SRC_URI for v86d references a Gentoo developer's private web space.  It looks like that developer retired and his private web space is no longer available.  The needed file can now be downloaded from:

    http://distfiles.gentoo.org/distfiles/v86d-0.1.10.tar.bz2

I'm attaching a patch to the recipe to reflect this change.
