Steps to reproduce:

1. launch hob
2. select for example, qemux86
3. select "Build Toolchain"
4. close hob
5. restart hob - now, "Build Toolchain" is not selected even if in .hob/template-default.hob the variables that correspond to the changes made earlier appear.

It seems that all the variables saved in .hob/template-default.hob dissapear after Hob is restarted. And it might be introduced by #3696 (when I have removed the template functionality). I will work on it this week.
