Steps:

1. Add the meta-skeleton layer to conf/bblayers.conf:
2. Add the following line in conf/local.conf:
   CORE_IMAGE_EXTRA_INSTALL += "service"
3. Run "bitbake core-image-sato-sdk"

Error message:
