Failed publishing artifacts on AB

mkdir: cannot create directory `/toolchain': Permission denied
cp: cannot create regular file `/toolchain/i686': No such file or directory

Fixed in current config. Due to os.path.join(DEST, "/toolchain/i686') returning '/toolchain/i686'
