For the current weekly build, the adt-installer, toolchains are missing from the AB.
This is blocking the testing for adt-installer, and standalone toolchains.

Unfortunately, we did not build out ADT and toolchains for 1.4_M5.rc1 due to missing AB components. Those have been fixed in mainline and are now being generated with nightly. http://git.yoctoproject.org/cgit/cgit.cgi/yocto-autobuilder/commit/?h=eflanagan/yocto-autobuilder-refactor&id=b51b88cf1a9b71c99a1de1eaab1648a44becb60a 

I suggest we pick them up for rc2 as the ab will be very busy for the next two days with danny/master.

- ADt-installer-qa seems that is not being populated. 
- Sometimes the build appliance folder is not populated (see the current build)

Fixed as of 401. One note. If something fails and is not built, the population fails. If this pops up again, can we not if build appliance/adt built out?
