FILES_${PN} defaults to including:

${base_prefix}/lib/udev/rules.d
${prefix}/lib/udev/rules.d

When we've proper symbols sorted for these locations, FILES_PN needs to be updated to use them.

(filing as a bug so I don't forget)

Closing invalid - udev upstream effectively hard-codes "lib" so the paths in bitbake.conf match the behaviour of udev.
