Steps:
1. Download the adt_installer.tar.bz2 from http://autobuilder.yoctoproject.org/pub/nightly/20130508-2/adt-installer-QA/
2. Extract and check the YOCTODAT_REPO variable in adt_installer.conf. 

The YOCTOADT_REPO variable should be set to "http://adtrepo-dev.yoctoproject.org/1.3.1-d6cc4edb533b196753cf90820d1e2b9ccd8fed7c-danny"

But now it is set to "http://adtrepo.yoctoproject.org/1.3.1"

This is because we were missing the flipped bits for poky.conf. I had asked that this happenn for the danny branch, but it seems to have gotten missed.

I've flipped them and begun the respin.
