Steps to reproduce:

1. select for example qemux86;
2. choose for example core-image-minimal;
3. from "Advanced configuration" select "Exclude GPLv3 packages";
4. Build image;

I get the error attached.

The bug is reproduceing on commit:ccf5a4d2342c4fd40e4e0b332ea7e34e0bf175d4
for qemumips and qemuppc
Host Ubuntu 14:04 x86_64


Steps to reproduce:

1. select for example qemuppc or qemumips;
2. choose for example core-image-sato-sdk;
3. from "Advanced configuration" select "Exclude GPLv3 packages";
4. Build image;

I get the error attached.

I looked into this, I am not sure we ever guaranteed that a -sdk image would or could be non-gplv3.  No one would likely ship such a system, so I we can just ignore this for now.  The compiler is gplv3 and that's not going to change!

Core-image-sato builds correctly with non-gplv3, that one works.
