This bug was fixed in 1.4 master: bug 2866 . Opening a new one for 1.3.2

On e-menlow sato image I have the following error in the dmesg log:
   [drm:psb_do_init] *ERROR* Debug is 0x000000ff

Is this a 1.5 or 1.4.1 issue also?  If so we can address in 1.4.1

As per lats comment from Nitin on bug 2866, 1.4.1 and 1.5 should not have this issue as their Emenlow images use EMGD instead of Poulsbo. 

1.3.x Emenlow images use Poulsbo and generate this error.

As per Stoicescu,
This is not issue with the current EMGD based BSP.
