bitbake commander log

HOST: CentOS 6.4 (64 bit)
eclipse-poky:dd7ab69282f7c9cc18ff06fffaa9681e4b297cfa


STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. perform a headless build for eclipse
2. install eclipse plugin

3. In eclipse create a new bitbake commander project by setting the:

- project name as: bitbake3
- Project location as: /home/codrin/temp

4.a) make sure that "Clone from Yocto Project Git Repository is selected"
4.b) use an existing poky clone


5. Press finnish for both a) and b) cases.

EXPECTED RESULTS
5.a) The Bitbake commander project is created.
5.b) The Bitbake commander project is created.

ACTUAL RESULTS:
5.a) An error appears in console. Please see attachment for full log.
No error is displayed in the interface, only in the Console. 
The project is not created.
5.b) no error is displayed.The project is not created.


Resolving deltas: 100% (137625/137625), done.
fatal: destination path '/home/codrin/temp/bitbake3' already exists and is not an empty directory.
Checking out Yocto git repository failed with the return value 128

Setting to invalid since it cannot be reproduced and eclipse was started from an already sourced environment.
