python-git (GitPython) is needed by buildhistory-diff, so we need this in the build appliance and buildtools-tarball. Since this is an external python module we'll need to write a recipe for it.
This will unfortunately necessitate adding recipes for three other dependencies (gitdb, async, and smmap). I now have recipes for these but haven't runtime tested them yet.
