As per discussion on the mailing list, replace gst-ffmpeg with gst-libav and move libav from meta-oe into OE-Core. This will allow us to remove one of the last remaining bbappends in meta-oe (which modifies gst-ffmpeg to use the external libav rather than its own internal copy). As always these recipes will need to have LICENSE_FLAGS = "commercial" and PACKAGECONFIG options for any features that have dependencies outside OE-Core.
Patches sent for review: http://patchwork.openembedded.org/patch/55397/ (Turns out gst-libav doesn't replace gst-ffmpeg until the move to gstreamer 1.0, and we already have a gstreamer1.0-libav recipe for that.)
