Even if the tasks are executed, the CPU usage and the I/O info have no values.

I am reopening this because I am still seeing instances of tasks reporting time, but "none" for cpu and disk i/o, in

Tasks do have both values in build stats (see attached).

This doesn't seem to be fully fixed yet. There are still tasks reporting time, but not cpu and disk i/o. From what I have found, this seems to happen when:

1. there is no build stats file for that particular task. Well, in this case, I am not sure if we can do something about it.

2. when the recipe name includes a '_' character. Take the recipe netbase-1_5.1-r0. All netbase tasks are bringing in a time, but not cpu and disk i/o (see attached screenshot netbase-1_tasks.png), despite the fact that there are build stats files for each of them containing the information. The same happens with opkg-1_0.1.8+svn653-r13.0, glib-2.0_2.36.4, pixman-native-1_0.30.2-r0 and so on.

So there seems to be some kind of relation between those '_' characters in the recipe name and null cpu and disk i/o fields.

Root-caused this bug to toasterui ignoring PE values for recipes that defines a PE value.

Fix available for review in poky-contrib:toaster/master
