This bug is for the MediaWiki's Testopia Reports plugin.

RUNNING case runs should be treated as IDLE by the ConcatStats report. Currently they are completely ignored and a test run with no IDLE case runs and some RUNNING case runs reports 100% completion.

Running test cases is not frequently used on the test runs, so this effort does not represent a high impact on the reports. setting this as obsolete.
