I have informed the meta-xilinx list.
If you have no strict requirements to use the meta-zynq layer, I recommended that you use the meta-xilinx layer for Zynq support in yocto, as Xilinx provides this layer for use with its chips. And it is tracking support of Yocto 1.5. http://git.yoctoproject.org/cgit/cgit.cgi/meta-xilinx/
I have changed the READ on my meta-zynq repo to point at the official meta-xilinx layer.

If using the meta-xilinx works, why re-open this bug?
Don't know how it got reopened.
If this layer is not maintained any more, maybe it worth making a log entry stating that it's not a good choice and that meta-xilinx is.
Switching to verified as per last comments.
