Proposed patch

The command "org.yocto.sdk.remotetools.command.ust2" is not correctly defined
in the file plugin.xml.

Menu and handler are referring to command.ust2 while the command definition id
is still .ust.

Eclipse 4.x doesn't report this as an issue, but when used within a Juno version of eclipse 3.8 an error is reported and the according yocto menu entry "lttng..."
is missing.

Wrong id is contained in the plugins of update sites:
http://downloads.yoctoproject.org/releases/eclipse-plugin/1.5/juno/plugins/
http://downloads.yoctoproject.org/releases/eclipse-plugin/1.5/kepler/plugins/

Proposed patch is attached.
