eglibc is hardcoded to accept make 3.* and exactly autoconf 2.68. With autoconf 2.69 and make 4.0 released, this causes my nativesdk builds to fail.

I've changed aclocal and configure to allow newer make and autoconf, but then it fails a bit later in do_compile:

Just RFC, because it fails later in build.

Different version of such patch was merged and it looks like this was resolved, please reopen if it still fails for you.
