This regression was introduced by commit f7409a9fe83ba2535a43f39ed57cd78242a88557 Basically part of the headers/libs are installed in ${D}(${libdir}/${includedir}) instead of ${D}(${libdir}/${includedir})/qt4 I debugged a lot this bug but couldn't find a solution for it. As a work-around I reverted that patch in my local repo. My guess is that since we change the makefile, make calls qmake again and regenerates it differently.
