As requested by RP. For example, do_fetch should not only be covered by do_populate_lic, but also by do_package and do_populate_sysroot.

This is about the Simple UI ? 

For the Advanced UI, the design page needs updated, me thinks.

The design for the task details page will specify the fact that we are to provide all end points in the covered by information (bug 4282).
