We need a tool (maybe based on tinfoil) to verify all the recipes' HOMEPAGE. We can put the script to meta/scripts/contrib or bitbake/contrib/

Good idea - after my recent cleanup patch series, I was thinking the same thing :)

I will write a script in scripts/contrib to enable this feature.
