Git rev: master/005af45191ded6185c618c708181b31281e43092

The sstate filename separator is changed from '-' to ':' by commit e5ee1b8c0d141e56ee67778c7b8af92de185dc01 . So the sstate-cache-management.sh also need update.

This is working and tested automatically with oe-selftest. Setting to Verified on poky master:47ceed0d8d60a3ddc398738acafe3aabf4ab8c90
