STEPS TO REPRODUCE:
1. Install Eclipse using the Headless Build
2. Set the Yocto ADT's toolchain root location, sysroot location and kernel
3. Create a new C/C++ Project (an example could be a Hello World C++ Autotools Project)
   3.1 Select File->New->C++ Project
   3.2 Expand Yocto ADT Project and select Hello World C++ Autotools Project
   3.3 Select a name for the project and an author and click Finish
4. In the Quick Access (CTRL+3) text box type "Reconfigure Project - Run configuration scripts for project" and click the corresponding cell in the drop-down menu that appears

EXPECTED RESULT:
The project is reconfigured without any error.

ACTUAL RESULT:
An error message pop-up appears (as seen in the attached screen shot).
If step 4 is repeated the error does not appear and the project is reconfigured.

Fragment from the log file:
!ENTRY org.eclipse.core.jobs 4 2 2014-01-22 14:05:22.556
!MESSAGE An internal error occurred during: "Reconfigure Action".

That bug does not reproduce in Kepler

This is a Juno bug, so I will close it. The Juno support will continue mainly for 1.4.*.
