There are some errors when you open an already existing bbcommander project

STEPS TO REPRODUCE:
1. Create a headless build and install the plugin
2. Create a bbcmd project
3. Close Eclipse and open the project./
4. Examine the .log file

ACTUAL RESULTS:
4. following errors appear in /.metadata/.log file:

tested in Ubuntu 13.10 64bit and Fedora 20 64bit

Kepler is quite old by this point and no longer being supported. Bitbake Commander was deprecated in 2.1 and is no longer supported. In fact, it is being dropped from the build [YOCTO #10032]. If the community would like to submit patches to fix this, please re-open the bug.
