The Poky handbook links on pokylinux.org point to different versions of the handbook than that on yoctoproject.org

This actually hints towards a larger issue, the Poky blog still (http://www.pokylinux.org/blog/) links to the previous release see 'Download Poky' bubble and there's not yet a mention of the Laverne release in the blog.

Should the Poky website be kept up to date?

Are we now maintaining the Pokylinux.org website?  Who maintains this site?  Any links on http://www.pokylinux.org I think are out of my jurisdiction.

I have updated the pokylinux.org website to be in line with the YP.  All links are now appropriately handled.... check it out.

there is no commit associated with these fixes.
