I don't see how this is related to BSPs. We haven't made any changes to dylan that would trigger a missing libgcc, I suggest this be given to someone familiar with the toolchain, since I won't be looking at this one.

Downloaded the images again and I cannot reproduce the behavior. All I can think is that I've somehow contaminated the images.
