There are LLVM recipes in meta-oe.  Should these be integrated directly into oe-core?

I think this is reaching a conclusion before we've done analysis. I agree that it would be interesting to try building OE-Core with llvm. We may also need this for some of the mesa/GL compiling for qemu.

So this enhancement is about experimenting with llvm usage and if it makes sense putting a case forward for inclusion in OE-Core.
